Everything you need to know before booking a shoot with Sam Cam.
All content created remains equally owned by both photographer and client, meaning I reserve the right to use all images and footage for portfolio, social media and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Urgent / last-minute bookings may include an additional fee, depending on timing and scope.
If I am covering your event: please ensure clear timing and punctuality to guarantee full coverage of all key moments.
A small deposit may be required to confirm bookings and secure your date.
Final delivery times may vary depending on project size, but are always communicated clearly in advance.
Edited images are delivered via a private online download link (fast, easy & accessible).
By booking a shoot, you agree to my general terms and conditions.
Clear communication ensures the best results. I always aim to deliver high-quality work and a smooth experience from start to finish.
Cancellations made within 5 days (120 hours) of the scheduled shoot are subject to a cancellation fee of €150.
Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged at 30–50% of the total agreed amount, depending on the type and size of the booking.
In case of rescheduling, I will always do my best to find a suitable new date, subject to availability.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen — early communication is always appreciated.
Free travel within a 50km radius of Leiden.
Travel outside a 50km radius from Leiden is charged at €0.35 per km (round trip).
International travel is available upon request. All travel costs (flights, accommodation, transport) are covered by the client unless otherwise agreed.
A pre-agreed production schedule and budget will be confirmed before booking.
